Established in 1984, Lusade Kennels' first and foremost objective has been to produce Golden Retrievers with ability, longevity and sound temperament. We originally started our kennel with two dogs, Luke and Sadie which we purchased from reputable breeders in Canada and the United States, hence the name Lusade. They have both since left us but their gene pool, along with other superb dogs, lives on into our fourth generation of dogs.

      All Lusade dogs are hip and eye certified before breeding in order to ensure the strength of the breed and the puppies we sell. It has always been a firm belief of ours to breed dogs with ability. With a working background we believe the dog is suited for most situations, hunting, field trials, obedience trials and most importantly the ability to be a trusting and loving companion to your family.
